Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- salt and pepper
- 200 g ham (farmer’s ham)
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 tbsp oil
- some vodka
- 400 g tomatoes
- 200 g whipped cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta until al dente. Slice the ham and onion into rings, and fry both briefly in hot oil. Add a dash of vodka and flambé. Slice the tomatoes and add them, along with the cream. Simmer briefly and season with salt and pepper.
