Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 package of waffles (fresh egg)
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 cup of cream or Cremefine
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp jam (strawberry or raspberry), or pureed fruit

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 day 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 day 1 hour

Place the waffles in a shallow baking dish with the deep domes facing up. Prepare the vanilla pudding according to the package instructions. Let it cool briefly while stirring, then spread it over the waffles. Let it cool for about 10 minutes. Whip the cream until stiff and mix with the sour cream, quark, lemon juice, and sugar. Spread the cream mixture over the pudding. Spread jam or pureed fruit over the cream mixture and marble it with a fork.
