  • 1 piece Waffle maker
  • 4 Pc. Protein
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 4 Pc. Egg yolk
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 0,25 Pc. Vanilla pulp
  • 7 Pc. Apricots dried, chopped
  • 1 Pc. Apple Elstar
  • Lemon juice
  • 200 ml Buttermilk
  • 50 g Ground hazelnuts
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 150 g Spelled flour
  1. Beat the egg whites with salt until stiff!
  1. Peel the apple, remove the core, cut into small cubes, drizzle with lemon juice.
  1. Beat egg yolks with sugar and vanilla pulp until frothy.
  1. Add the hazelnuts, cinnamon & apricots.
  1. Stir in the buttermilk, then sieve in the flour.
  1. Slightly fold in the apples.
  1. Fold in the egg whites.
