Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g celery
  • 50 ml lemon juice
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 3 apples
  • Salt and pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Peel and grate the celery. Peel and grate the apples, then mix with the juice of one lemon to prevent the celery and apples from browning. Chop the walnuts and place everything in a bowl. Season the crème fraîche with salt, white pepper, and a pinch of sugar, then pour the marinade over the ingredients. Let it marinate in the refrigerator. Season to taste. Garnish with walnut halves.
