Heat the syrup, sugar, butter, and milk until the sugar has dissolved. Then let it cool. Mix the rock candy, flour, baking powder, and spices. Gradually stir the flour mixture into the syrup mixture and knead well. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Shape the dough into 5 logs, each about 1 cm in diameter, and then cut into approximately 12 cm long pieces. Shape into sticks. Place on two baking sheets lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C/fan for 10-12 minutes. Let it cool. Mix the powdered sugar, egg white, and 1 tbsp water. Color 1/3 of the icing red, fill it into a piping bag, and cut off a small corner. Now fill the white icing into a piping bag, cut off a large corner, decorate the sticks, and let them dry.
