Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 slices of toast
- 8 pork steaks (minute steaks)
- 16 slices of cheese
- 500 ml hollandaise sauce
- 1 can pineapple slices
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Fry the minute steaks on both sides, season with salt and pepper. Set the steaks aside. Top the toasted bread slices in the following order: hollandaise, cheese, steak, hollandaise, pineapple, cheese. Then bake the toasts at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown and melted.
