Walnut Brownies …
The perfect walnut brownies … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Butter
- 120 g Milka Zartherb
- 100 g Walnut kernels
- 3 Eggs
- 200 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 120 g Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 20 g Coconut oil
- 60 g Whipped cream
- 80 g Milka Zartherb
- Chopped pistachios
- Melt the chocolate with butter over a hot water bath. Let cool down. Crack as many walnuts that make 100 g walnut kernels. Roughly chop the walnuts.
- Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy. Mix flour with baking powder, sieve over and stir in. Mix with the chocolate butter. Fold in the walnuts.
- Grease a small baking pan (approx. 20 by 30 cm). Pour in the batter. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for about 45 minutes (chopstick test). Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool down.
- Heat coconut oil and cream. Melt the chocolate while stirring. Allow to cool slightly. Brush the cake with it. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and chill for about 2 hours.
- Cut into pieces and serve with cream and / or ice cream.
