Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g walnuts, chopped
  • 200 g margarine, soft
  • 200 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tsp, leveled baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Recipe from my mother

Mix the ingredients thoroughly and pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for approximately 60-70 minutes.
