Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g margarine (semi-skimmed)
  • 3 eggs
  • 180 g honey
  • 3 drops flavoring (vanilla)
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g walnuts, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whisk the margarine until fluffy. Gradually stir in the eggs, honey, and vanilla extract. Sift the flour with the baking powder, mix with the ground walnuts, and stir into the margarine and honey mixture. Pour the batter into a loaf pan lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius (Gas Mark 2) for about 75 minutes. Let cool, then remove from the pan.
