Spaghetti with salami sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cheeses (paprika – Eckerlkäse)
  • 188 ml broth
  • 100g salami
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • pepper
  • chili pepper(s)
  • 4 servings of pasta (spaghetti), cooked al dente

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the onion and lightly fry it in olive oil. Mash the paprika cheese with a fork, add it, and immediately pour in the stock. Mix well. Cut the salami into thin strips, add it, and cook for about 1 minute over medium heat. Season with garlic and pepper and stir in the crème fraîche. Serve with al dente spaghetti and garnish with chili peppers.
