Walnut Cookies

  • 70 g Cream cheese
  • 3 Egg whites, fresh
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 200 g Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla flavor
  • 200 g Chopped walnuts
  • 2 Egg yolks, fresh
  • 40 piece Small baking wafers
  1. Make a stiff snow out of the egg white, salt and / 3 of the powdered sugar.
  2. Mix the chopped walnuts, cream cheese, vanilla flavor and egg yolks together until smooth. Gradually fold the nut mixture under the egg whites.
