Walnut Cookies

- 70 g Cream cheese
- 3 Egg whites, fresh
- 1 pinch Salt
- 200 g Powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla flavor
- 200 g Chopped walnuts
- 2 Egg yolks, fresh
- 40 piece Small baking wafers
- Make a stiff snow out of the egg white, salt and / 3 of the powdered sugar.
- Mix the chopped walnuts, cream cheese, vanilla flavor and egg yolks together until smooth. Gradually fold the nut mixture under the egg whites.
