Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 cl rum
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 225 g flour
- 125 g walnuts, chopped
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cream the butter, sugar, eggs, and rum until fluffy. Stir in the flour mixed with the baking powder and cocoa powder, along with the walnuts. Pour the batter into the donut pan and bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes. Then let it cool and dust with powdered sugar.
