Warm apple cinnamon cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 apples
  • 3 tbsp cinnamon
  • 250 g margarine or butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 250 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 3 egg whites
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the apples, cut them into small pieces, sprinkle with cinnamon, and shake to distribute the cinnamon. Mix the margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg yolks into a smooth batter, then fold in the flour and baking powder. Fold in the cinnamon apples. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them in. Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan and bake at 160°C for 1 hour. This cake is delicious even warm and will delight your guests. It’s quick to bake, even for surprise guests. But it tastes better cold every day, even after three days.
