Ingredients

  • 100 g Butter
  • 100 g Dark chocolate
  • 25 g Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 200 ml Cherry juice
  • 1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp Elderberry syrup
  • 1 tbsp Food starch

Instructions

  • Melt the butter and chocolate for the cakes. Beat the sugar and egg yolks until frothy. Beat the egg white with a pinch of salt to form egg whites. Mix the flour into the butter and chocolate mass, fold in the egg whites. Pour into greased molds and put in the oven (180 °) for 10 minutes. Then fall.
  • For the sauce, heat about 150 ml of cherry juice in the saucepan. Mix the remaining cherry juice with cornstarch and vanilla sugar until lump-free. Add to the boiling cherry juice and stir until it thickens. Then mix in the elderberry syrup. Serve everything together and enjoy 🙂 (if you like, add a few spoons of creme fraiche) Tip: If you like it even more chocolaty, just put 1 favorite praline in the middle of the chocolate cake before baking and press it in ... then melts and tastes even better 🙂
