Ingredients
- 250 g Plaice fillets naturally frozen
- 250 ml Riesling
- 1 Red onion
- 3 tbsp Cream
- 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- Wild garlic fresh
- Steak pepper
- Salt
Instructions
- Peel and chop the onion.
- Roughly chop the wild garlic leaves and finely cut the stalks.
- First fry the onion in a little oil, let it take on color.
- Deglaze with white wine, reduce by half, then add cream and wild garlic stalks, turn the heat down.
- Season well with steak pepper.
- Put the fish in and simmer gently.
- Add the wild garlic leaves, let it steep and season with salt.
