especially delicious with ice cream

Cut a cross into the peach and pour boiling water over it; it will then peel easily. Remove the stone from the skinned peach and cut into pieces. Carefully wash the raspberries. Place the brown sugar and the peach in a nonstick pan and let it caramelize over high heat. Depending on your desired consistency, simmer for a shorter or longer time. The longer the cooking time, the more the fruit will break down. Serve immediately. The sauce tastes great with vanilla ice cream.
