Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 100 g butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 75 g wheat bran
- 75 g oat bran
- 20 g flaxseed

Cream the softened butter with the eggs and salt, then add the remaining ingredients. If you like, you can replace the flaxseeds with sesame or nuts. Pour the batter into a small loaf pan. Bake the bread at 180 degrees Celsius for 40-45 minutes.
