Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 ml milk, 0.1% fat
  • 2 g locust bean gum
  • n. B. Sweetener
  • 60 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 125 g low-calorie yogurt, to taste
  • n. B. fruits, e.g. from the frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Low carb, low calorie, low fat

Whisk well-chilled skimmed milk with locust bean gum for 3 to 4 minutes until stiff peaks form. Sweeten to taste with sweetener and set aside. The mixture should taste good on its own. Blend the low-fat quark, yogurt, and sweetener until creamy. Carefully fold the first mixture into the second. Add hot berries, for example, to taste. Consume quickly. Notes: You can also use stevia, if you like it a bit higher in calories, and stir in vanilla sugar. Bourbon vanilla sugar tastes particularly good. It also works with just quark and mineral water, or just yogurt.
