  • 200 g milk chocolate
  • 350 g flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 50 g butter
  • 220 g cane sugar
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 g raspberries

  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 13 minutes; Total time approx. 33 minutes

Finely chop the chocolate and add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and baking soda. Meanwhile, combine the melted butter with the sugar. Mix the milk and yogurt with the butter mixture, then add the mixture to the flour mixture. Gently fold in the raspberries. Divide the batter evenly between the baking sheets, making sure to leave enough space between them, as the cookies will spread slightly. Bake the cookies at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 13 minutes. These cookies are delicious with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. This recipe is for 6 cookies.
