Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 steaks (turkey)
- 6 tbsp whiskey
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp mustard, hot
- 1 tsp chili paste
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp honey
- Rosemary, freshly chopped
- Chili pepper(s), ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Best prepared on the grill!
Wash the steaks and score them in diamond-shaped patterns on the top and bottom. Combine the olive oil with the honey, mustard, chili paste, and spices. Rub the marinade into the steaks. Then place the steaks in a bowl and drizzle with the whiskey. Let them marinate for a while, spooning the marinade from the bottom of the bowl over the steaks as needed. Cook on both sides, either on a hot grill or in a hot pan.
