White cabbage and minced meat soup with tomato base

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 800 g white cabbage
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 g onion(s)
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 2 liters of vegetable broth
  • 200 g tomato paste
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Dice the onions and fry in oil in a large pot. Add the meat and fry until crumbly. Shred the cabbage and cut into short strips. Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces, and add both. Pour in the broth, stir in the tomato paste, and simmer for 20 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar.
