Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g whole wheat pasta
  • 1 Cabanossi
  • 1 class can/n corn, approx. 140 g drained weight
  • ¼ small head of white cabbage
  • 1 cup of sour cream, approx. 150 g
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the whole-wheat pasta according to the package instructions. In the meantime, halve the Cabanossi lengthwise and slice, drain the corn, and cut the white cabbage into bite-sized pieces. First, fry the Cabanossi in a little oil until well browned. Then add the corn and white cabbage and fry everything for about 4-5 minutes; the white cabbage should still be nice and crunchy. Finally, fold in the drained pasta and sour cream. Mix everything well and season with salt and pepper. This recipe serves 2 large portions or 3 smaller ones, depending on your appetite.
