White cabbage pan with turkey

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ head of white cabbage
  • 600 g turkey breast
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 250 g onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp curd
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp red chili paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • some broth, warm

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Low carb, spicy

Wash, trim, and deseed the white cabbage and bell peppers, then cut into strips and chunks. Dice the onions. Cut the turkey into small strips. Heat the coconut oil in a large pot and sauté the onions. Add the turkey and brown. Season with pepper, salt, paprika, and chili paste. Stir in the cabbage and diced bell peppers and cook briefly. Deglaze with warm stock. Add the tomato paste and quark and stir thoroughly. Simmer everything for another 10-20 minutes. I always decide if I like the firmness of the mixture.
