- 4 zucchini

- Coconut oil
- 1 can coconut milk
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper

Finely chop the onions and dice the chicken breast into small cubes. Cut the zucchini into noodle shapes. This works best with a spiralizer. Brown the chicken breast in coconut oil and briefly fry the onions until translucent. Then pour in the coconut milk and season generously with curry, turmeric, cayenne pepper, and salt. The sauce should be a nice yellow color and have a strong flavor. Let the sauce reduce slightly, then add the zucchini and heat until hot. Arrange on plates and serve immediately.
