Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 white cabbage
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp sugar or liquid sweetener
  • 1 shot of vinegar essence
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Trim the cabbage and peel the onion. Chop both and mix well with your hands. Then add vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper to taste. Let stand for at least 1 hour before serving—but overnight is best.
