Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp water
- 110 g sugar
- 100 g flour
- 60 g starch flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder, defatted
- 6 tsp jam, cherry diet
- Drops of rum flavoring
- 1 pinch of salt
- possibly sweetener, a few drops of liquid

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
WW suitable – 2.5 p. per piece
Separate the eggs, whisk the egg yolks with water, add the sugar, and beat until creamy. Beat the egg whites with salt until stiff and fold into the egg yolks. Add the flour, starch, cocoa powder, and rum flavoring; mix well. In a cup, stir the cherry jam with a teaspoon of water until smooth and fold it into the batter. Pour the batter into silicone molds and bake at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes.
