Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 small white cabbage
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 80 g almonds, chopped
- 2 tsp curry powder, red or yellow
- 125 ml vegetable broth, strong
- 1 cup of Cremefine
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Finely grate the white cabbage and finely dice the onions and garlic. Heat the oil and sauté the onions and garlic. Add the chopped almonds and dust with the curry powder. Briefly roast. Then add the cabbage and broth and simmer in a covered pan for 30-45 minutes, depending on the tenderness. Finally, stir in the Cremefine and season with salt and curry powder, if desired.
