White Coconut Chocolates

The perfect white coconut chocolates recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g White couverture
  • 20 g Coconut flakes
  • 3 tsp Coconut liqueur
  1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and then melt it over a water bath.
  2. Grind the coconut flakes very finely and then mix with the liqueur to a pulp.
  3. Fill about a third of the chocolate in praline molds. Then distribute the coconut mixture in the molds and close the pralines with the remaining couverture.
  4. Let the pralines harden in the refrigerator, then remove them from the mold and enjoy.
