White Coconut Chocolates
The perfect white coconut chocolates recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g White couverture
- 20 g Coconut flakes
- 3 tsp Coconut liqueur
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces and then melt it over a water bath.
- Grind the coconut flakes very finely and then mix with the liqueur to a pulp.
- Fill about a third of the chocolate in praline molds. Then distribute the coconut mixture in the molds and close the pralines with the remaining couverture.
- Let the pralines harden in the refrigerator, then remove them from the mold and enjoy.
