Who says hot chocolate always has to be brown?

Heat the milk in a saucepan. Roughly chop the chocolate and dissolve it in the milk. Add the orange zest and orange liqueur to the hot milk and stir vigorously. Whip the cream until stiff. Pour into 2 glasses, top with the whipped cream, and sprinkle with grated orange zest, if desired.
