Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 cl lime juice
  • 4 cl syrup (elderflower syrup)
  • 6 ice cubes, crushed
  • ½ liter Prosecco, sparkling
  • Lemon balm, for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Shake the lime juice and syrup with ice cubes in a tightly sealed container and divide between 4 glasses. Top with well-chilled Prosecco. Garnish each glass with some fresh lemon balm.
