- 1 apple
- 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
- ½ cup sour cream
- Marjoram, dried, plenty!
- Marjoram, fresh, if you have
- salt and pepper
- 2 sausages (white sausages)
- 1 tomato(s)
Instructions

or how to prepare Weißwurst
Finely chop the onion and apple, slice the egg, dice the tomato, peel the skin off the white sausages, and dice them finely. Mix everything together, add plenty of dried marjoram and, if you have them, a few roughly chopped fresh leaves. Stir in the sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Delicious on hot summer evenings with boiled potatoes or hearty white bread.
