Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g sausage, Pressack, red
- 150 g sausage, Pressack, white
- 150 g Leberkäse
- 150 g sausage (city sausage), smoked
- 2 onions
- 2 gherkins
- 2 tbsp chives, cut into rolls
- Vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- Oil (sunflower oil)
- Salt and pepper, from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
mixed hearty sausage salad
Skin the sausages and cut each type into even slices or cubes. Place in a bowl. Peel the onions and slice them into thin rings. Slice the gherkins. Mix all ingredients together and season with salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil. Sprinkle with freshly chopped chives. Enjoy with black bread and beer.
