Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour (whole wheat flour)
- 1 cube of yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp oil
- 250 ml water or buttermilk
- some cream
- Sunflower seeds
- sesame
- m.-large flax seeds
- poppy
- ½ tsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Crumble the yeast into a cup, sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of sugar over it, and let stand. Put the whole wheat flour in a bowl and add salt. Heat the water or buttermilk to lukewarm. Now mix the yeast with the sugar until liquid. Turn on the mixer with the dough hook and gradually stir the water or buttermilk, yeast, and oil into the flour, then knead everything into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes, until doubled in size. Knead again, shape the rolls, and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush the rolls with cream and decorate with the seeds and kernels. Place in a cold oven and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
