9 delicious filled cookies

Preheat oven to 175 degrees C (350 degrees F). Lightly grease 2 baking sheets. In a bowl, mix butter, sugar, and egg with a mixer. In another bowl, combine cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a small bowl, combine milk and vanilla extract. Now add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, pouring in the milk mixture as well, and mix everything well. Place 9 pieces of dough on each baking sheet and shape the cookies into circles about 10 cm (4 inches) in size using the back of a spoon. The spaces between the cookies should be about 4 cm (1.5 inches). Place one baking sheet in the oven and bake the cookies for 15 minutes. Then remove the sheet from the oven and let the cookies cool completely on a wire rack. Repeat with the second baking sheet. Filling: In a bowl, mix butter, sugar, and marshmallow cream with a mixer, add the vanilla extract, and mix again. Once the cookies are completely cooled, spread the marshmallow filling on one half of the cookies on their flat side, then place the other half of the cookies on top, flat side down.
