Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 egg whites
  • 125 g sugar
  • 125 g chocolate, chopped
  • 125 g almonds, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Christmas cookies

Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff. Briefly roast the almonds in the oven at 250°C. Let cool, mix with the chocolate, and fold into the beaten egg whites. Using two teaspoons, form small mounds of dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 150°C for about 15 minutes.
