Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 75 g pasta (green spinach pasta)
- 2 tomatoes
- 20 g pesto rosso
- 30 g spread (wild garlic), e.g. from Zwergenwiese
- vegetable broth
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
with green noodles
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes, add them to a pot, and bring to a boil with 2 tablespoons of vegetable stock and a pinch of sugar, stirring frequently. Once the tomatoes are slightly softened, add the cooked and drained pasta, toss everything with the pesto and spreadable wild garlic, and continue simmering. Season to taste with pepper and a little more salt, if desired.
