Wild Garlic Cookies ~ Dog Biscuits ~
The perfect wild garlic cookies ~ dog biscuits ~ recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For 1 tray
- 1 Carrot
- 100 g Rye flour
- 100 g Wheat flour
- 50 g Coarse oatmeal
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Egg size L
- 1 tsp Dried wild garlic
- 4 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp Barley malt extract
- 25 ml Milk
- Peel the carrot and grate finely.
- Knead all ingredients into a firm dough with your hands.
- Roll out approx. 3 cm thick on a floured work surface and cut out any figures.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving enough space. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees, middle rack, for about 25 minutes.
- Let the cookies cool down and store them airtight. This way they keep fresh for about 2-3 weeks … but are always quickly plastered by our darling.
