Wild Garlic Cookies ~ Dog Biscuits ~

The perfect wild garlic cookies ~ dog biscuits ~ recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For 1 tray

  • 1 Carrot
  • 100 g Rye flour
  • 100 g Wheat flour
  • 50 g Coarse oatmeal
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Egg size L
  • 1 tsp Dried wild garlic
  • 4 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp Barley malt extract
  • 25 ml Milk
  1. Peel the carrot and grate finely.
  2. Knead all ingredients into a firm dough with your hands.
  3. Roll out approx. 3 cm thick on a floured work surface and cut out any figures.
  4. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving enough space. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees, middle rack, for about 25 minutes.
  5. Let the cookies cool down and store them airtight. This way they keep fresh for about 2-3 weeks … but are always quickly plastered by our darling.
