Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 25 g wild garlic
- 100 g cream cheese with herbs of Provence
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 50 g sour cream
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Wash the wild garlic and remove any thick stem ends. Cut the leaves into strips. Blend with cream cheese and oil using a hand blender until smooth. Stir in the sour cream with a spoon and season the dip with salt and pepper.
