Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ bunch wild garlic
- 50 g butter, soft
- 200 g cream cheese
- 50 g cheese (Emmental), grated
- 125 g Camembert(s), crushed
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the wild garlic thoroughly, pat dry, and finely chop. Cream the butter until fluffy. Stir in the cream cheese, Emmental, Camembert, and wild garlic, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. You can also make the Obatzten with wild garlic paste; then you won’t need any more salt.
