Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ liter white wine
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 egg whites
  • 150 g sugar
  • 40 g cornstarch
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Mix all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Fold in the beaten egg whites. Transfer to a bowl and let cool.
