Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ¼ liter white wine
  • 3 oranges
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ pack of vanilla pudding powder (can be more)
  • ⅛ liter whipped cream
  • ½ kg fruit, finely chopped (apricots), canned fruit salad (without juice) tastes particularly good!

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Whisk the vanilla pudding powder, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs with the wine and orange juice over a steamer for about 15-20 minutes until very frothy (or creamy). Then place in cold water and whisk until cold. Carefully stir in the whipped cream and chopped fruit and serve well chilled in glasses. (The cream can also be prepared 8-10 hours in advance.)
