Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 250 ml white wine
- 2 cl Maraschino
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine the egg yolks with sugar and wine and whisk in a hot (but not boiling!) water bath until thick and foamy. Flavor with maraschino and serve warm. Serve the sauce with fruit salad, French toast, or waffles.
