Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 handful of plum(s), dried
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • ½ liter fruit juice (to taste)
  • ¼ liter cream, sweeten
  • 2 tbsp hazelnuts, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes

Soak the raisins and prunes in the fruit juice overnight. Then mash them finely. Mash the bananas with a fork until smooth. Add to the fruit puree. Combine the sweet cream with the fruit juice and puree and whisk until fluffy. Sprinkle with the ground nuts.
