Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 ml sunflower oil or other neutral oil
- 50 ml Maggi
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 ½ tbsp, heaped mustard, medium hot
- Pepper, freshly ground

Combine all ingredients in a tall bowl and blend with a hand blender or mixer until smooth. The sauce should have a slightly thick consistency so it clings well to the eggs. If it’s too thin, simply add a little more mustard. It’s perfect with hard-boiled eggs and is perfect for Easter.
