  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine or Prosecco, dry

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

This refreshing cocktail can be served as an aperitif, but also for dessert

Dissolve the woodruff syrup in 500 ml of cold water, mix with the lime juice and orange liqueur, and divide between 10 champagne glasses. Top with cold sparkling wine or Prosecco. To garnish, place raspberries and mint leaves on wooden skewers and place in the glass. Tip: If it’s really hot outside, I recommend chilling all the ingredients thoroughly beforehand.
