Woodruff liqueur

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter of schnapps (corn), or cognac, or vodka
  • 200 g sugar, brown or white, or honey, as desired
  • 25 stalks of woodruff

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

you have to try this!

Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and seal tightly. Let it sit in a bright place for three weeks, shaking frequently. Then strain, squeeze out any excess, and bottle. This year, I made schnapps with woodruff for the first time. The result is incredibly delicious. It won’t keep for long; my husband likes it, too.
