X-tra hot Puszta sauce on noodles

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta
  • 1 leek(s)
  • ½ head of white cabbage
  • 300 g vegetable mix, frozen
  • 1 small jar of baby corn
  • 500 ml Hungarian-style paprika sauce, extra hot
  • Salt
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

with lots of vegetables in a quick sauce

Cook the pasta in salted water until tender. Slice the leek into rings and chop the cabbage. Sauté with the frozen vegetables in a pan until tender. Slice the baby corn and add. Deglaze with the sauce, heat through, season to taste, and serve with the pasta. A schnitzel goes well with this, of course, but it’s also delicious on its own.
