Yellow pepper salad with date tomatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g sour cream (10% fat)
  • 1 bag of ready-made salad dressing mix
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 3 bell peppers, yellow
  • 250 g tomatoes (date tomatoes)
  • Herb(s) for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the sour cream, the ready-made dressing mix, and chives. Wash the bell peppers and dice them, then add them to the dressing. Slice the cherry tomatoes and stir them in as well. If 100g of sour cream seems too little, you can use more or add more cream if needed. The tomatoes also make the dressing more liquid. Finally, I season with “Herbs für Streusel” (spiced herbs for sprinkling).
