Yellow Tomato Sauce
The perfect yellow tomato sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Canned yellow whole tomatoes
- 200 g Corn
- 1 small Zucchini
- 150 g Tuna canned
- 100 ml Cream
- 0,5 tsp Oregano
- 1 pinch Salt + pepper
- Cayenne pepper, lemon pepper, curry – amount as desired
- Chop the tomatoes and heat them together with the juice in a saucepan.
- Drain + add corn.
- Cut zucchini into small cubes + add.
- Add the cream + season with the spices.
- Let the whole thing simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Drain + add the tuna.
- Let simmer for 3 minutes – done! 🙂
