Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 10 chocolate bars (Yogurette Strawberry or Sensation or 50% each)
  • 80 g sugar
  • 200 ml condensed milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 ml vodka or grain alcohol or white rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Gently heat the chocolate with cream, condensed milk, and sugar, stirring constantly, but do not boil, and allow to melt. Remove from the heat and mix in the egg with a hand blender for about 3 minutes. Alternatively, use a mixer on high speed. Then add the liquor and mix thoroughly. Strain the mixture through a sieve and let it cool. Transfer to sterilized bottles. Keep refrigerated for at least 2 weeks.
